It does not need to be someone who is looking to buy or sell real estate right now. We are very much playing the "long game," and we know that if we have the chance to meet someone now, then build credibility as a professional in the coming year or two, we may have a chance to win their business in three, four, or five years if they do choose to buy or sell then.
