Josh is an area native, having grown up in Fairfax County & Loudoun County. As an active investor and homeowner himself, he has been involved in real estate for over a decade, purchasing, renovating, selling, and leasing properties. Having been successful in the real estate market, he now enjoys focusing on helping others do the same.

Home is very important to me. Growing up in the country, as the oldest of eight kids in a tight-knit family, I spent a lot of time at home. Because of that, I’ve come to appreciate the intangible draw of the places we live in. It’s the feeling you get when you drive up to your childhood home. It’s the growth chart on the walls, the trees that your grandparents planted, the daffodils that come up in the same place every spring. The memories that we attach to places are so strong. I want to help everyone find that place where they can put down roots and have a sense of belonging. Home should feel comfortable and should be a space to achieve dreams and create memories.
