Client Appreciation & New Construction

The Beall Team,

First off: save the date! Our annual client appreciation party will be Saturday, June 4th. I hope you can make it! More details will be forthcoming.

Second, I’d like to share a project I’m excited to be working on—something that’s connected to real estate, but still a new venture for me. You’ve seen all the new construction going up in the area? Well, it’s not just big builders that are putting up houses, there are also small entrepreneurs that have gotten involved—and I decided to jump in! That’s right, I’ve got two homes I’m working on, in partnership with a local general contractor and two private investors.

The first build is in Kearneysville, and it’s a 3500 sq ft rancher on 9 acres. The second is in Eastland, a subdivision in Charles Town, and will be more moderately sized, at roughly 2400sqft.

More details on that will be forthcoming as well! I hope to have these ready to show by early fall—but much will depend on how quickly we can get supplies. My goal is that both of these houses help someone find a home that they love, and couldn’t have had otherwise. Wish me success!
