Party Pictures, an Announcement, and a Request!

Welcome to September! My team and I have had a great summer, and enjoyed seeing many of you at our summer client party. Thanks to everyone who turned out! Check out some candid shots of the party here.

We're excited to be able to serve even more clients, and help people achieve their dream of home ownership in a financially responsible way. Business slows down in real estate towards the end of the year, but my team and I are working hard to end the year strong. Nearly all of our business comes from our amazing past clients and professional network, like you. So, I have a specific request for you: who can you think of that we might be able to serve?

And by the way, it doesn't matter if they're not ready to make a move right now—we've built our business on becoming your trusted real estate professional for the long haul. I just had a lengthy meeting last week with someone who likely won't be selling for several years. But we were able to work together and come up with a plan for the next few years so we can maximize their return on investment when they are ready to sell.
